About Skoolstaq
We make study packs for the new NCERT books, starting with Ganita Manjari, the new Class 9 Maths book.
Who the packs are for
Students who study on their own, and the parents who want them to be able to. Every pack is written in simple, everyday words, one small step at a time, so a student can follow it without a teacher sitting beside them.
What is in a pack
Each chapter pack has an explainer, shortcuts and Vedic Maths, practice with worked answers, a six-level Level up ladder, a one-page sheet, an interactive lab and revision cards. Every ready chapter has a free sample, so you can see exactly what you would get.
How we check a pack
- Every answer is worked out again separately and tested by computer.
- Every page is checked for simple language and for steps that are skipped.
- The olympiad-style and JEE Foundation-style problems are our own, written in the style of those exams. We never pass them off as past exam papers.
- The Vedic Maths methods come from Bharati Krishna Tirtha's book Vedic Mathematics (1965). Each trick shows why it works, using the algebra in the chapter.
NCERT
Skoolstaq is independent. We are not part of NCERT and NCERT has not endorsed our packs. NCERT's textbooks are free to read at ncert.nic.in. Our packs are our own work, written to go with them.
